While in high school a friend recommended Jinhee audit an acting class she attended. That class was with Tracy and Jinhee immediately enrolled. Her talent and boldness drove her to learn fast and excel at comedy. In 2005 she traveled to L.A. with Tracy and soon realized this was the industry she would pursue, after she graduated from college. Upon her graduation from Texas A&M University with a Communications & Business degree, she packed up her car and her best buddy, her dog, and moved west. She was wise to connect with some top coaches and network extensively. She was accepted into the prestigious Groundlings training program which has served her well as a stand-up comedienne, writer and actress. She is best known for her role as the sarcastic roommate, Kimmy-Jin, opposite Anna Kendrick's character in Pitch Perfect. She also stars in the NBC Pilot The Mason Twins.
