A native Houstonian, Tracy has successfully coached and assisted in guiding the careers of young actors from Texas since 1980. Her own experience began at the age of seven as a competitive baton twirler. Because of her diverse performance abilities, and at the suggestion of her instructor, she undertook other artistic endeavors and opportunities. This lead to numerous dance reviews, choreography gigs and acting roles in local and regional playhouses including musicals with Houston’s renowned Theatre Under the Stars. By the time she was 16 she opened her first performing arts school in suburban Houston. Naturally, she instilled the love of performing in many young charges. Through the evolution of her career, she began to specialize in training and promoting young actors and singers. The level of talent and potential she either discovered or developed was uncanny. Through her highly successful acting classes in Houston and Los Angeles, a "career changing" professional level seminar/workshop series, and the artist management company, TLD Talent Management, numerous young actors found their niche and began rewarding careers. In the early stages of their professional experiences, Tracy recognized the blooming talent and potential of several young stars and rising stars. She coordinated or was integral in their first exposure and introduction to Hollywood thus helping launch the professional careers of several television, film and recording artists including: Hilary & Haylie Duff, Renee' Olstead (Still Standing, 13 Going on 30, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Warner Bros. Recording Artist), Skye McCole Bartusiak (The Patriot, Don't Say A Word, Riding in Cars With Boys), Sarah Hagan (Freaks and Geeks, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, House), Katie Hagan (Deep Impact, ER, American Family), Mariah Parks (Savvy, Wannabes) and many more who currently star in television series, independent and studio films as well as countless television guest and co-starring roles. So many more enjoy fruitful lives as writers, producers and directors in Texas, Los Angeles and NYC. Tracy is also a seasoned pro in the music industry. At ages 17 & 15, her own sons, Derek and Evan, and their band, Pure Rubbish, signed a recording contract with Sharon Osbourne and her Divine Recordings, distributed by Priority Records domestically and Virgin Records internationally. In June 2002, Pure Rubbish teamed with Kelly Osbourne for Kelly’s live debut performance at the MTV Movie Awards and at the Rose Bowl for the Wango Tango Pop-fest. After receiving critical acclaim, being featured in Rolling Stone magazine, touring the world with the most prominent rock tour and opening for some of rock/pop music’s most famous and legendary acts, her sons have re-defined their musical goals and career paths. Derek is now pursuing a solo career and has recorded and performed as co-writer, lead guitarist and backing vocalist for Alpha Rev (Hollywood Records) while Evan, now a graduate of the Vancouver Film School, lives in L.A. where he specializes and works in sound design and music composition/scoring for film and television. Besides being Derek and Evan’s mom, she is most proud of her role as mentor to her glorious young clients. Tracy is truly a youth specialist, possessing a unique ability to draw boundless creativity and boldness from her clients. Whether they become an actor, singer, engineer or school teacher, Tracy’s goal is to help her clients recognize their full potential, develop top communication skills and build strong, life-long self-esteem…so they may realize all life’s gifts.
